As the voice of Community Land Trusts in Europe, we bridge the gap between local action and systemic change.
Through EU-level advocacy, research, and innovation, we are building the evidence needed to strengthen and scale the CLT model.
OUR AREAS OF WORK
We work with partners in the built environment sector to adopt approaches that support community-led, sustainable and affordable housing development, and help them build partnerships with CLTs to design and deliver projects.
Changing market practice
We work with policymakers to create a supportive environment for CLTs, advocating for legal and regulatory reforms and better access to financing.

Scaling the partnerships that work
Many CLTs already deliver homes with governments, cities, housing associations and developers. Our new industry network brings these partners together to scale community-led housing delivery in England & Wales and the Netherlands.

In 2025, we published the first-ever comprehensive study to map the strategies of CLTs across the continent and quantify their economic, social and environmental impacts.
Elevating CLTs on the EU policy agenda
