The change we want
Affordable, inclusive and sustainable homes and land use for communities across Europe. We want Community Land Trusts to be recognised as a proven way to get there, and we support them to grow and maximise their long-term social and environmental impact.
How we make that happen
As the voice of CLTs in Europe, we bridge the gap between local action and systemic change. Through EU-level advocacy, research, and innovation, we are building the evidence to make CLTs part of mainstream housing policy.
Our areas of work
Changing market practice
We work with partners in the built environment sector to adopt approaches that support community-led, sustainable and affordable housing development, and help them build partnerships with CLTs to design and deliver projects.
Influencing public policy
We work with policymakers to create a supportive environment for CLTs, advocating for legal and regulatory reforms and better access to financing.
